The study assessed the types of digital facilities used for accessing Tradermoni scheme information by the beneficiaries in North Eastern States of Nigeria. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey design. The population of the study comprise of 180,000 Tradermoni beneficiaries in the (6) states of North East Nigeria. The sample size of the study was 384 Tradermoni Scheme beneficiaries drown from the six states of the North East Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was adopted. Questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. The data were collected from the respondents and analysed using frequency distribution table and percentages. The findings also revealed that, television and social media forums were majorly used to access the TMSI by the TMSB in the area studied. Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that the TMSB do not use digital facilities such as; Desktop computer, Laptop computer, Smartphone device, Tablet device, Internet/intranet, Websites, Electronic Billboards and Radio for accessing Tradermoni Scheme Information which if they do so would enable them have easy access to the loan. The study recommended that the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development should provide through public domains especially public libraries digital facilities such as; Desktop computer, Laptop computer, Smartphone device, Tablet device, Internet/intranet, Websites, Electronic Billboards and Radio in order to have easy access to TMSI regarding the loan.
